Alison was terrific from beginning to end. The house we bought was the first one we looked at that day, but as the day wore on we decided not to continue looking but to put in an offer. From start to finish Alison was the real deal. She was human. She listened. She understood our issues and concerns. She was constantly there to guide us through the process, and she repeatedly went the "extra mile" to help us. Example: The seller had upgraded the house, but while it looked good, there were some "short cuts" taken. Alison was there for the home inspection. She found us a plumber to assess the cost of correcting problems, but more importantly she took the time to be at the house and meet with the plumber. Since I was working, I did not want to take a day off to find out the problems. Alison was there for us through the entire process, right up until after the closing. We toasted moving in with the bottle of Champagne she gave to us as a welcoming gift. As I said, terrific from beginning to end! Thank you Alison!
