With buying my second place there were some delays and on the seller's side and she was great through it all explaining and checking back for updates. She is very patient and has a great network of contacts and resources to help you through the process and paperwork. You need someone as experienced in the process as her in this housing market. She knows the area well and is good at explaining the steps and reasons and what to check or ask. I came over for the inspection and she was already checking that the hot water was working. She is hardworking and quick to respond to questions and concerns. I admire her expertise.
